Raw spinach kinda sucks, it makes my teeth feel weird after eating it, and it tastes kinda ok..

but fried spinach in a tiny bit of water/olive oil is fking delicious, and you can literally eat like 5 cups of spinach in a bite after it's been cooked that way


is the whole cooking losing it's nutrition thing a myth/doesn't really matter all that much?

it loses nutritional value, but not all of it.

should try blending a few handfuls into shakes.. don't even taste it.
