In school i smoked way to much weed, and ran out of money half way through the year
and was down to 123 pounds. and quit lifting for a year+
I quit weed/cigarettes 4 months back.
And a month ago i decided to get back to the gym

weight- 128 pounds
Bench - 125 for 10 reps
Squat - 125 for 10 reps
Aug 29, current
Weight -136 pounds
Bench- 145 for 10 reps
squat- 155 for 10 reps
Goals - for december 1st
Bench - 185 10x reps 3 sets
Squat - 205 10x reps
Deadlift 315 for 10x
Hopefully i can keep up the motivation and at least get back to where i was a year and a half ago.
