I considered that a diet is a good option to lose the little fat I got around my belly...
So here it goes :
Breakfast (10 Am);
- Espresso coffee with 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple, raisins, blueberries, strawberries
- Little bit of chia seeds..
Diner (16 Pm);
- 1 big salad 1/2 cup of spinach, goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, blueberries, raisins, strawberries, 1 table spoon honey, 1 table spoon maple syrup.
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Some fine goat cheese and Alpages cow cheese.
1 liter of water
Didn't do much sport but 20 minutes bicycle speed like crazy.
I didnt do anything else but jack it off sitting on my ass all day on the computer.

Lmk what you think.. should I add something? Did I forgot anything to do? I think it's not enough sport tho... maybe?
