skull crushers are good to hit the long head of the tri.
The long head can be hit in overhead movements (skull crushers etc.)
The long head doesnt get as good stimulus from stuff like tricep push downs
e/ so 3 sets of 15 , twice a week would be more than enough
I like to do 1 sesh as heavy tricep pushdowns, and the second time i hit em to do skull crushers with a lower weight to really get a good squeeze
