yesterday i started keto, but I feel fine today, I thought the first 3 days were supposed to make you feel tired? am i doing something wrong?

here was what i ate yesterday (prolly plan to eat mostly same thing everyday)

EC/aminos gym
2 scoops protein powder
fish oils/multivitamin (mine has 5g of carbs=S) vitamin D
4 strips of bacon, 4 eggs, 50g cheddar cheese, quarter of a green pepper
EC
2 breakfast sausages, 2 scrambled eggs
can of tuna 1oz olive oil 3+tbsp mayo
skinless chicken drumstick
casein shake with 1oz olive oil and 15g ground flax seed

myfitnesspal said i had around 25-35g of carbs

Alright, thx! Everywhere I read it said first 3 days are the ones you're tired then you feel better after that.

he doesnt even lift

according to his posts, he gets injured 30% of the time he visits a gym, incapacitating him for a minimum of 3 months
