Looking for a filling protein bar I assume then I have to go with a bar that has over 300 calories or else it won't be that filling for long.

I also assume a good protein bar for a meal replacement will have at least 20g of protein.

Looking for a pack of 12 or 9 or 36

The one that comes to mind is the MET-Rx Colossal but I've had one of these before and I didn't like the taste and if I recall the sodium level was through the roof.

Ive eaten a ton of the met-RXS not filling at all imo, but they taste really good

eh i usually buy random ones when i stop at a gaz station

last one i had was 280 cal, 7 fat, 24 carbs, 20 prot
