Just started to workout again :)

Got way too excited and overworked the biceps :(

can't move them past 45's

Has anyone ever torn their bicep before?

Was a full body workout, got way too excited and and saved biceps for last with some drop sets.

It's been 5 days almost back to full strength and full range of motion. I think maybe too many reps because I played it safe with lighter weights that day.

I'm familiar with technique, and form. Just have never had so much lactic acid build up >< QQ

Overworked/ stressed your tendons lmao you'll be fine. Should ease into it a bit more. Drop sets day 1 is aggressive
