Seems like a solid program imo but you will have better results focusing on either strength or hypertrophy, rather than both

Well my lifts are pretty low imo, never trained for str (hyp is all I want). B 210 S 320 D 265x4
So I thought by doing phat my lifts would increase hence more stress for hyp days, just my thoughts (correct me if i'm wrong)
Else, what hyp routine would you recomend me?
