But in all seriousness I'm a pretty small dude (5'9" 165lbs) and I have stretch marks on my hips and have for years and years. How does that even happen?

I've never weighed more than like 168-170lbs so it's not like I used to be a fatty or something. Infact, I'm probably the fattest I've never been right now and I'm still probably only 10% bf. maybe a touch more.

Did you have a big growth spurt as a kid? Could be a reason.
