Let's spike up this wasteland of trolls, scrawns, old school lurkers and the occasional lifter we call H&F.
The contest is pretty simple;
Bench 70% of your bodyweight for as many reps as you can.
Official rules:
- You have 1 month (30 days) from this post to provide a video.
- In the video, we must see you weight yourself. If you suck at video editing, just take a separate video for the weight-in and the benching.
- You MUST touch your chest on every rep and get at least a 90% lock out (don't have to fully lock out at the top, but don't gimme some motherfucking bitch reps with a 5 inch range of motion).
- You can use any form you like (bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc), but don't come up with some bullshit gymnastic back bending crap that shortens the range of motion.
- If you use a smith machine, I'll buy plane tickets to every H&Fer willing to come to your house and beat you with a spiked club.
- Get a shot of the plates on the bar so I can make sure the right weight is on.
Prize:
I'll give all my FG spread across the top 3.
I'll also take donations to make the winner pot bigger.
