So, as i am trying to get more serious about my nutrition and work outs, i went to a nutrition store yesterday and bought a few things, and while i was there i was asked if i took vitamins, which i do (pills), and he told me that taking liquid vitamins is much better for you as you dont pee it out

true or false and an explanation would be great if you guys are generous enough :)

The FDA should really crack down on supplement sales representatives not needing to have a minimum physiology education requirement.

what they said has absolutely no bearing in truth. the only difference between liquid and tablet formulations might be a small decrease in absorption time and a very very slight increase in bioavailability (if at all)

From my very little experience with liquid vitamins they usually seem to have less synthetic blends compared to tablet pressed vitamins.

synthetic vs non-synthetic compounds is irrelevant.

It makes no sense. The excess water soluble vitamins will still be excreted in your urine.

If you really want to get serious about your nutrition/vitamins, how about you actually eat a balanced diet that provides all said vitamins in a multivitamin?

smh...

Vitamins aren't really that helpful to begin with.
