My heart rate is 44 on the regular and my mom was concerned saying it should be at 60 or higher then I did 50 jumping jacks and it was at 95 I'm guessing it's threw the roof when I'm doing crossfit. but is 44 low or concerning ?

Every time I get my pulse/heart rate checked at the doctor they make a comment oh wow u must be an athlete or exercise a lot . But yet my mom was a little concerned until I showed her how it would go up.

My b on multiple topics just few questions I like to see the smart serious answers.

Hers was 95 just sitting down. What does that mean? Mine was 44 hers was 95. Are those number differences based off many different health related issues or based off simply dieting and exercising ?

whoa
her resting HR was 95? That close to tachycardia?
She definitely needs some type of exercise, that's pretty awful. Is she overweight?

Yeah you're fine.

Your heart basically doesn't have to pump as hard to deliver O2 to peripheral areas of the body/organs since it's an athlete's heart (hypertrophied from cardio/athletics).

Resting HR should be low in athletes, and it's completely normal.

if you dont experience constant dizzyness or lightheadedness, its fine

your base heart rate doesnt really measure how fit you are, as it can be genetic and have many other factors, if you want to compare, you and a sibling get your heart rates up to about 170 (cardio) and measure it 1 minute later to see how fast it went back down, those are the numbers u want to compare

also a base rate of near 100 should be medicated, its too high and shes at a risk of tachycardia, which is basically a heart attack, although you probably want to see a doctor about that, blood pressure might be off, etc
