I know people with lactose problems have problems with whey and other powders but today I made like 11 vanilla protein powder pancakes ( so bomb ) had 2 scoops in em total I ate 6 my sis ate 2 and my lil bro ate 3. They loved me but my bro got sick after eating em his stomache
Was messed up and threw up . He doesn't have lactose problems , do u think he will have problems in the future with the powder or do u think just the combo of 3 pancakes and syrup got to him ? He doesn't get sick off regular pancakes

could be the syrup, if I eat any breakfast that has syrup and I overdo it I throw up. I also get stomach aches if I have a protein shake on an empty stomach though and I am not lactose intolerant.

I've tried certain brands of protein that just really upset my stomach while others were just fine. Right now I use Pure Protein and it's fine on my stomach.

There is an 80% chance if I eat anything during the breakfast hours I'll have diarrhea.

I don't know.
I got tested for IBS few years ago but the results showed that I don't have IBS or IBD.

I've gone through stages of this as well. Seems to come and go based on stress honestly.

Drink room temperature water right when you wake up.
Wait about 10-15 minutes.
Eat fruits.
Then wait 10-15 minutes.
Continue to your normal meal.
