It has been what Iv been doing, has worked great, but I was and still am a novice lifter so I expected to see muscle gains no matter what program. The only thing that gets me, (maybe i rest to long) is I spend almost 2 hours in the gym doing that routine. I don't know how, but I do.
Yeah Man. Just did my upper body today, I did it within one hour. Maybe I don't rest enough ?
