So September is coming and now I have more time for the gym. Recently I have just been doing an upper lower split 4 times a week. It has definitely not been my favorite, however due to time constraints , its what has had to happen.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I have access to all equipment as I am in my regular gym. Tuesday and Thursday I am able to workout but it has to be during the workday ( my work has a gym). This gym sucks but it has a squat rack so it makes for a good leg day.
I would much rather do a 5 or 6 day split over my current four day split. I also have to arrange it so a leg day is on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Any ideas for a good routine. I spend very little to no time on body building or strength forms.
Goal is more size oriented.
Thoughts are welcomed.
