I never did starting strength or anything similar, I just did my own 5 day split with some 5x5 compound lifts.
5'8 165 lbs, 21 years old
Right now my lifts are:
Squat: 255lbs x 5
Deadlift: 225 x 5 lol
Bench: 185 x 1
Not really sure about my OHP, I had to miss that a lot because of some shoulder problems.
I was thinking of something like Bill Starr's 5x5, Stronglifts 5x5, or The Texas Method but I don't know if I'm at that level yet. I also don't mind a 5 or 6 day per week routine.
