So I got sick with a cold last week, couldn't eat properly and only went to the gym 3/7 days (normally 5-6)

Had to go to hospital 2 days ago and apparently have inflammation and a small tear in my bowel, a bad chest infection and a severe fever.

Sharp stabbing pains in my left side coupled with coughing a LOT (also hurts the side) and hot / cold flushes. Shit sucks

So I'm out of the gym for ~ 1-1.5weeks, expecting to lose 3-5kg
