^ above posts are pretty much right. Inzer is the way to go.

In general you just want a belt thats the same width (generally 4inch) all the way around, not a shitty sportchek belt thats super wide and padded in the back and skinny in the front since that defeats the purpose of using the belt for the valsalva maneuver.
