Quick summary: played sports in college
Didn't eat healthy
Stopped playing sports
Gained weight quickly
Started eating healthy and losing weight
Now want to speak with an expert on proper nutrition

I figure, if I'm gonna put in all of this work and attempt to eat healthy I want to truly do it right. Where can I go to speak to someone who knows what they're talking about when it comes to eating healthy and creating a plan to get my ideal body. Don't feel like spending hours scrolling through articles. I'd like to speak with someone who can individualize something for me.

Also, any idea how much something like that is gonna cost?

Eh

Bb has some good sections on it, and a lot of people compared to the 20 here

whatever you do... dont give it up to "party." youll regret it. i found it out the hard way, but you will never be able to play at that level again.
