Anyone use the site and follow their recs? Anyone do the eat whatever as long as it fits... for cutting? How did it go? Any advice? Looking at doing that instead of steady meals, because I work overnight and it's legitimately hard to eat anything overnight (usually get too full).

IIFYM and steady meals aren't mutually exclusive.

Multiple people do this.

When strictly losing weight , calories are calories.

However, I wouldn't recommend eating heavy caloric dense food as then it becomes a hunger issue

I had 2 large peanut butter shakes for lunch. That's was 1800+ calories.

True. I should've worded it better. I.E. a comp cut would be like 30g pro with 20g carbs at midnight, 30 pro 20 carbs at 3am 25 pro at 6 am etc.. that being like really strict on which carbs/pro you would eat, vs IIFIYM

I ate whatever I wanted on an exact, calorie restricted diet and got lean. I ate whenever I wanted until my calories were done for the day, then I stopped eating.
