2400 calories seems like a lot o.o more than I ate when I was gaining weight. I don't want to gain any muscle or anything I just wanna get to like 180-190.
also I feel like it does matter what the food is.
and if I had to guess the bf% it would be 17%
I've been dropping 1-2 pounds a day the past 10 days.
