I'm at 205 right now. I was 230 like 3 months ago lol for about 2 years, back when I was at my most fit and like 11% body fat was wrestling in highschool at 189 pounds. I wanna get back there asap in like 1 month at most just soI can be there.

I've been going on bike rides every day and I don't eat (I know eating is bad it slows your metabolism) I just have no idea what kind of foods are good to eat. tips plz

2400 calories seems like a lot o.o more than I ate when I was gaining weight. I don't want to gain any muscle or anything I just wanna get to like 180-190.

also I feel like it does matter what the food is.

and if I had to guess the bf% it would be 17%

I've been dropping 1-2 pounds a day the past 10 days.

well yeah water weight is big, but I don't exactly mean that so much. that was really only something before weigh ins.

also yeah. I've been hydrating tons so it's not water weight I'm losing or anything.I expect that much loss of weight to slow down a lot once I get into the 190s though.

You are probably losing more muscles than fat at this rate.
