A buddy of mine told me he had seen this guy in the gym a while back he was over 300 pounds and mostly fat but he did 80 pushups?



Also am curious to as how each one of you all muscles recovers. How long each muscle etc?

80 pushups in a row @ 300 lbs high body %? sounds like bs...that's nuts...

also, it takes me a while to recover. 2 days usually...i did arm day @ gym on a Saturday, then did pushups at home on Sunday...now I'm fucked...overtrained bicep...injured...

I don't think he'd do 80 correctly if he was so out of shape, but who knows, eh.

It might vary from person to person, depending on what are your strongest points. For me, lower back takes twice or thrice as long as the rest. Everything else is surprisingly quick at recovering.

In row but holy fuck


Also it takes about 3-4 days for me to fully heal I just started working out again though

As regarding your question on recovery. It differs based on intensity of the training, muscle group and supplements.

was he on his back and literally pushing up?
