i stopped going to the gym for around 6 weeks
i hurt my shoulder around 1 year ago , maybe bit more
i took a couple month break soon after
but the pain has never gone away
it got a bit better
and during these last 6 weeks of no gym, my shoulder still hurts multiple times a day
feels still and pain
i doubt its torn cause i can move it full range of motions and stuff and can lift weight
just went to gym today and now its in ALOT of pain
not too bad, but pretty bad
if not torn, why didnt it heal or get better in 6 weeks of NO GYM?
thought more rest would help...
wtf could it be?
should i see a chiropractor or who?
