Yeah, your numbers are still lowish. The idea is to adapt to frequency on the major compounds. You could also do something like madcows 5x5, but the routine I linked is a nice middle ground between size and strength.
After a cycle or two of it you can transition into a push/pull or upper/lower routine with a intensity and volume tailored to your goals.
