I'm saying if I run 6.2 miles non stop my legs and hips start bothering me.
I have a triathlon in two weeks.
I'm wondering if instead of biking 25 and running 6.2 ( which is what the triathlon calls for) I could do a training circuit where I run 2 miles and bike 8 miles x3
Do 3 sets of 8mile bike 2 mile run. So my hips/joints aren't so sore on race day
