I feel bad for the dipsticks that do heavy single cable rowes etc thinking it is going to get there back huge. My back used to be pathetic, I remember making a post vs ballad back ever sense then about 2 years ago my back has grown massively simply from doing heavy dreads and rowes...
2nd guy to right in black.
Do your dreads boys!

Dreads? What do you mean by heavy single rows? I do 10x4 usually for rows, that's not what you mean is it?

for your bent over rows, would you rather rack up the weight and use a bit of body momentum, and slow the eccentric down, or keep the weight where you're using very strict form??

confirmed dl's are crazy for thickness. 2nd on the right, and far left top 2 imo.
also some of them cannot do a lat spread very well lol

Nah I don't agree with the heavy notion or doing deads. WI can dead 585 now, going for 600 this weekend, and I don't think it's contributed greatly to my back development.
Definitely bb rows and pull-ups are ideal but I've seen the best growth from keeping reps above 8, dramatically lowering weight. I'm cutting now so I've went a bit heavier, and I hit 325x4 on bent bb rows, but I don't think that'd be the best plan for pure mass by any means
