Yep, sucks, hurts.

Leaning shoulders back = pop usually, nothing I can do about it I don't think either.

Yeah I had it when I used to do chest press, hurt quite a bit. It is called costocondritis. There is no cure and nothing you can do besides pain medication, although in most cases it goes away on its own, like it did with me. I even had an x ray on my chest to check all the ribs were in place, but the misalignment was too small to detect or do anything about

If it was costochondritis he'd have other symptoms such as sharp pains on movement and inspiration.

You lack more and more credibility the more you post.

I have this when I have a bunch of gas. My theory is that it's expanding the chest and feels better upon burping or farting. Mostly burps since that's closer region for the excess gas. It also pops and relieves the pressure but doesn't fix it and the gas is still expanding your chest.

I'm not a doctor, just my own observations with a similar problem. Doesn't happen when I'm not gassy or bloated. So i really concluded my theory as it being gas expansion in the chest region.

Now if your not gassy, It just needs a pop. Will usually feel better, not as common for me when I'm not gassy for it to happen though. I may even be short of memory and it might have always been due to gassy/bloatedness.
