ive been cutting for quite a while now...started at 210lbs, down to ~175. ive lost quite a bit of fat, just struggling to get it off the belly and chest

so my question...if i start eating more calories to gain some muscle, is there a way to slowly keep losing fat? ive read things that say its impossible, and other things that say it is possible, and other places that say to eat less carbs and you can.

so....what shall i do? just need some advice

well i went from 210 area down to 185 and started to bulk (like 2,700 calories / 180g protein / 380g carbs / 70g fat) something like that following iifym

i started putting on a little bit of weight but noticed my fat going down and was getting stronger / more muscle definition
i was just going to do this for like 6~ months then go on a hard cut to fully focus on losing fat and maintaining muscle

i'm no expert though just been doing what has been working for my body but i'm in same boat with belly fat

i would assume this, slow muscle gain and slow fat loss if you do way i'm doing more than likely, but it's became noticeable over last 2 months

You can get a bit stronger but won't add true nitrogen based muscle mass while losing fat.

So keep cutting now until I'm at the bf% I want, and after that start eating more and trying to put on mass?

if you want to lose the fat yes, i can't bring myself to doing that yet though i like food too much lol

any suggestions? ive kinda hit a plateau lately doing the same things i was doing before. should i cut back on the carbs?

or could i just not be noticing a difference...idk
