What are some exercises and stretches I can do to correct my posture?

I know I need to fix my anterior pelvic tilt by strengthening my glutes and hamstrings

I've done some research and they say that these should help:
Muscles to Stretch
Psoas
Quads

Muscles to Strengthen
Glutes
Hamstrings

Stretch to help anterior chain:

Anyone else experienced this before/have some tips/information?

dunno if kypholordosis is the same as regular lordosis? but focus on rectus femoris instead of the quads as a whole.

+ strengthen obliquus externus
