Been working out for quite some time. Never really drank/took any supplements. I was looking into using dark coffee as a pre-workout(since i wasn't really planning on spending money on an actual pre-workout). Thoughts?

caffeine pill = 200mg

about 5-10 cents for pre-workout and in my opinion better than other preworkouts

have you tried good preworkouts? my preworkout has 100mg more caffeine, plus dangerous unpronounceable research chemicals in it..

Caffeine pills are fine but the better pre-workouts I have used have less than 150mg and kick caffeine pills ass.
