It'll take time, weight room is the best meditation for it. We've all been there. You can't just forget about somebody you cared about but when you finally do move on you'll feel so much better, and even better after that when you find the right girl.
Lol, funny enough, when I was going through problems the weight room was bad for me. It literally started my 3ish month long hiatus (though the problems were about 3 weeks). Not sure why, but lifting made it worse because it gave me more time to just think and be by myself in my own mind. Rest 60-90 secs per set - pure thinking and it got overwhelming. It was a strange thing hehe.
