Right now I'm sitting at 6'2 195 hoping to get to 180ish, I work out 4-5 times a week incorporating weights and cardio. My diet consists of mostly chicken and veggies. It's been a few weeks and I'm still sitting at the same weight. Any suggestions, comments, opinions. .

I know it sounds crazy - but it actually works.

People don't wanna hear that though, so just tell yourself you are missing some magic pill and buy it off the TV.

Calculate bmr as a roundabout figure
count your kcalories at the very least
reduce 500 kcals from said activity multiplier adjusted bmr aka TDEE
go from there and tweak it to be optimal
slowly taper cals down once it's figured out

nope. energy cant just come from nowhere, either he gets energy from his diet or from his existing tissues (be it muscle or fat or etc)

I run 3-4 miles a day and lift almost every day I'm exhausted at the end of my workouts I'm pretty sure I'm going as hard as I can
As far as eating goes I'm eating about 1500 calories a day.

Make a daily log and show your working.
