I'm training for endurance atm and only hitting them once a week, I would like to know if twice a week is better as I cant do it yet but I would like that to be a plausible goal if possible.

Personally, I did HIIT with cross fit combined for endurance. Which worked out well for me. What's your schedule look like?

Suboptimal for pretty much any goals.

You're training endurance and you're doing hiit training?

Or did you type HIT on purpose and I'm just assuming that you're trying to type HIIT.

Ive been working out twice a week. Straight up full body and doing cardio the other days.

HIIT training when I feel like I have too much energy and then I straight up job a HM every day.

I rest 1 day when I feel like I need it. Otherwise....this scheduled crap is annoying. It's sad. I like to mix it up like crazy. Rock climbing, BJJ, basketball, hiking, biking and anything that you enjoy.

So when I eat a lot...I just get bigger and gain no fat.

Just keep staying active. My brother ran 1-2 hours a day and worked out twice a week and he's probably over 225lbs now. He does mostly endurance cause he's used to his training when he was over seas. He's a fucking animal

Dude. I guess everyone is different but HIIT training for me is too intense while trying to bulk. However, I think you can just eat a bunch and still gain a bunch of masss no matter what you do.

Just make sure you eat enough lol. Most people I know have eating problems and never gain. I actually have that problem because I spend too much time running and playing sports.
