Back on the grind, been a while. - Old topic - forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=69028609&f=60
Haven't done any leg workouts and I'm regretting this greatly, and I'm dreading starting for the simple fact I know I won't be able to walk for a week.
However, I'm making great gains on my shoulders, back, arms, and chest, just need to start my legs.
Any recommendations for starting leg workouts for my own house gym, don't have a squat rack. Have a barbell up, no place to really squat so it's only useful for deadlifts.
Looking to start small though and work my way up so I'm still able to walk lol, seems I get into legs and kill my self and that just ruins the rest of my week (for the first 2-3 weeks of starting legs).
