I don't hinge my hips properly so my workout bud says, I tried eyeballing what I do to fix but it isn't working well.

For squat I don't sit down on them enough and when I try to I feel like I am going to fall over.

For deadlift I don't come up in a coordinated motion, I kind of come up with my legs first and then my back afterwards.

For your squat, you should be using your heels as balance. Maybe you're using your toes and thats why you feel like you might fall over?? Or too much weight?

I believe I am using toes for balance, should I lower my weight and try and fix it?

I'm gonna try a good stretching routine as well for leg/back day to try and fix this issue.

You don't need to stretch you just need the correct motor pattern
