Okay so I have a ride 3 days a week to the gym.
Monday / Wednesday / Friday

The main question here is what sort of routine should I be on? And for how long should I continue with this?

I weigh 148 and I can rep out 135 for bench with a spotter. 115-120 with ease.
My squat is pretty weak you could say. I go ass to grass with around 150.

All my compound strong lifts are decent so I'm not sure if I should do 5x5 until I can put up more weight or do like a push pull legs routine.

my foundation consisted of 5x5, worked great for me. you will know when you're ready for something else.

Thanks for the replies. I really want to stick with 5x5 to get my weight up but I get so bored so quickly with it. I'll look up a ppl and check out that 5/3/1 routine too.

yes its dumb. working every muscle group only every 7 days, whats the point.
do a full body workout, no volume will compensate for the lack of frequency in your plan.

I want to look a lot more defined , and I want to be shredded. Strength training isn't that important IMO. The strength gains will come sooner or later I'm not in a huge rush
