I have a bench, leg ext/curl and squat machine, ez curl bar. I don't have Any db. So my problem is finding a way to get through my days of shoulders, arms, and back since I don't have any machines nor do I have access to them. So is there something I could do with plates?
With a barbell:
Shoulders- upright row, military press, bent over row
Biceps- curls
Back- dead lifts
