I have a bench, leg ext/curl and squat machine, ez curl bar. I don't have Any db. So my problem is finding a way to get through my days of shoulders, arms, and back since I don't have any machines nor do I have access to them. So is there something I could do with plates?

Ya I have a barbell. The reason I can't just go and get dbs or anything else is bc I don't have money

Well that's fine; just get a rack now. It's like $200-350 on Amazon

With a barbell:

Shoulders- upright row, military press, bent over row

Biceps- curls

Back- dead lifts

Why am I even explaining this just go to Bb.com and search exercises it'll answer your questions

its actually not that hard to figure it out yourself...

back: barbell bendover rows, t-bar rows, deadlifts, pull ups

shoulders: ohp, lateral raises with plates, front raises with plates, upright rows

arms: well you have 2 fucking bars
