Or maybe I didn't strain hard enough last week?

How much do yours grow?


I'm on 531 and cut out deadlift day and substituted an extra arms day doing accessory workouts with 1.5 mi pre and post workout runs no need for beefy legs.

Yup i got my reasons. I still do hack squats and a couple other accessory workouts. I'll probably do some smith machine deadlifts but only with mediocre weights. NN for big legs or a back injury.

The only thing that will make your back snap from deadlifts is horrible form

mine hardly grow at all. just started hitting tricep pushdowns recently and that is the only isolation arm work I get. I also measure like 1 time a year vs weekly.

The program can still offer benefits even if you don't follow it 100%.
