I did 3 sets of 12 last weeks, 1 set of 9, 2 sets half weight at 15, and 1 set half weight at 20, to finish/.


This week I did 2 sets of 13, 1 set of 10, 1 set of 6, 2 sets of 17, at half weight and 1 set of 20 ,at half weight

what the fk kind of regimen are you on?

do you have a low carb intake on a regular basis? are all of these sets to failure using the same weight progression in each week? could differences in sleep (general rest time) between weeks be the answer? do you typically take a preworkout or stimulant?

You're not going to make week to week progress unless if you start with weights considerably lower than your max. Progress just doesn't happen like that.

you can be weaker than the last session and still make progress

theres barely a difference between 100x8 and 100x6

just push yourself to the max, on the long run you'll make gainz, but your routine seems funky

training for endurance lol I have a shit diet eat anything I want and workout atm routine.
