6'2 @2000 calories so I just bumped it up to 2250 calories and see if this will produce the right response and allow me to drop weight again.
If I'm at still at maintenance in two weeks at 2250 should I increase to 2400?

im 6'2 aswell.
depends on his weight obviously.
when I was 150 pounds I was having about 2,300.

im eating about 3,300 now at 210pounds

I'm just going to continue to increase calories until I notice weight gain/weight loss then slowly cut away again.

Yeah of course but I'm just going to reverse diet.
My friend a fitness model and Marc Lobliner both agreed that I should reverse diet for the time being.
