so my biceps aren't bad getting pretty veiny , but my triceps are flat unless im flexing them.
im not doing anything really for triceps except few exercises in between sets
what are some good tricep workouts?

maybe you should follow a strict routine and not only throw in some random exercises here and there...

just workout your triceps more.

throw in like 6 working sets per week for your triceps. Skull crushers, pulldowns, dips, and close grip bench press are my favorites

rope pull downs

go heavy.

after working triceps hard for 1-2 months my bench increased probably 15%
