I've always loved using Olympic shoes for my high bar squats, but recently someone came up to me and told me it was a bad idea

I just ignored him because he was doing half squats

what shoes do you guys use to squat?

Well, if anything oly shoes are going to have the most effect on high bar squats anyway.
