wash your face more to keep the dirt out. For the pimples you may want to go see the doctor and get a prescription, that's what I did and mine cleared up within days.

if you're acne is severe enough I suggest you try Isotretinoin / Roaccutane it cures acne pretty much, has side effects though. Took it for a few months in 2012 and my pretty bad spots went and never came back

look at youtube videos how to properly wash/exfoliate/moisturize your face, then if you see no results in a month talk to your doctor for medication/accutane
i also suggest these products: neutrogena oil free acne wash with salicylic acid ( wash your face twice a day), neutrogena oil free acne control scrub with salicylic acid( use 2-3 times a week) and clean&clear or neutrogena oil free moisturizer with salicylic acid and spf 10-30( use once every day after washing face in the morning)
