Finally , after too long I finished my cut. Ending @ 160 lbs . 6'1

Current lifts:

175x5 bench
315x3 Deadlift
225x8 Squat

For my bulk I'm going to be doing Fierce 5 Intermediate P/P/L .

My goal for next year this time is put on lean muscle , keeping BF % below 15, and getting my weight up to 175 lbs.

I'm not the most well liked around here, I'm going to try and refrain from trolling and making dick head comments. Will try to only add value the best I can to this forum. Hopefully this log will make me stay consistent and help my achieve my goals.

Feedback is welcome and appreciated.



Currently reverse dieting into my surplus. Will be upping calories to 2200 next week , at 2100 right now.


Today's macros:

2160 Calories (Went a bit over)

79 G fat
177 G Protein
197 G Carbs.

Protein could be dropped tomorrow , and carbs increased.

175 still seems on the lighter side for being 6'1 IMO

I know it's not much but I completely screwed up my last bulk and got super fat so I want to do it right this time and take it slow this time

As long as you are gaining at a steady rate is all that's needed.
Keeping above but as close to maintenence would be ideal
