Starting 5/3/1 BBB again. Took like god IDK 6 months off lifting (but kept decent diet)

25 y/o male 5' 10" maybe 11 180-185 lbs
Did 1rm tests today

Squat 275
Deadlift 375
Bench 225
OHP 165

For work a cashier at a fast paced grocery store. Moderate-high amount of activity ~30 hours a week

Constant motion and standing the entire shift makes a difference versus the calories of a desk job.

has to keep 32 items/minute, cases of water/soda every cart... does nothing... get real
