What's up hnf, i made a thread a week ago about some pain i had in my groin, turns out its a groin strain (Alot of people thought it was a varicocele, thank god its nothing like that). Anyone ever have one of these, and should I just avoid leg day/running completely? What about abs?
I just want a speedy recovery but since its like the worst spot it can take months... I just don't know what to do anymore
