IMO just switch to the routine you want to run now.
Your body will be like ugh.... bulking.... need nutrients, but you gonna be like no motha fucka, not yet. Then as you torture your muscles.... slowly... slowly you will feed them with a caloric surplus. Coming out of torture and starvation your muscles will really value the 100 calories extra per week, and I think they would have learned to value that shit and use it wisely to grow. Eventually when you are in full bulk mode, your muscles will be your bitch, so they won't waste calories and gg. Teach them while they are young.
If you just threw them into full bulk mode they would not be as courteous etc.
