Now that we've covered that you should add about 100 calories to your diet once you've finished cutting. But when should you start the new program , if you choose to start a new program that is?

Would you start right away? or wait until you're in a surplus.

The only reason why I'm wondering is that say you aren't in a surplus quite yet except your new program has much more volume wouldn't it seem somewhat pointless to switch until you are in a surplus?

IMO just switch to the routine you want to run now.

Your body will be like ugh.... bulking.... need nutrients, but you gonna be like no motha fucka, not yet. Then as you torture your muscles.... slowly... slowly you will feed them with a caloric surplus. Coming out of torture and starvation your muscles will really value the 100 calories extra per week, and I think they would have learned to value that shit and use it wisely to grow. Eventually when you are in full bulk mode, your muscles will be your bitch, so they won't waste calories and gg. Teach them while they are young.

If you just threw them into full bulk mode they would not be as courteous etc.
