So I want to gain weight and well I always thought that I need to work muscle groups together....

IE: chest and triceps on the same day and biceps back on the same day....

My friend just recently told me I should do the opposite so chest biceps and back triceps (those are just examples to state my point...)

Is he right? Can somebody give me a link?

Id got with the Chest tricep. Back bicep

sprintin will get u gg legs, just ask me

otherwise u jus need compounds . neutral grip lat pulls downs, rows, tbar rows, etc all hit biceps very nicely

bench press, push ups hit tricep nicely, not as good as back stuff hits biceps, so throw in some tricep work

otherwise throw in some shrugs and shoulder work and ur good
