Started my cut at 205lbs (6'2) at 2,600 calories.
I'm now at 194lbs at 2,000 calories.
I started to add "200 calories" of cardio 4x days a week but I got runners knee and it started to affect my leg days so I stopped.
I have been talking to a Fitness Model/Men's Physique Competitor who told me to increase my calories while maintaining.
Then start dropping them again and see if my body responds correctly by losing weight again.
I'm only looking to drop another 10lbs-14lbs if that.
Dirty bulk never again...
