Decided to make a thread to track my progression in strength and bodyweight
Going to be running 5/3/1 with some WSBB movements
(mainly box squats and the occasional dynamic effort day thrown in the mix)

Goals
Bodyweight - < 185lbs
Squat - 405lbs
DL - 485lbs
Bench - 305lbs
OHP - 205lbs
Bigger traps / calves.

Macros:
P: 40%
C: 35%
F: 25%

Current Ht/Wt:
Ht - 5`10"
Wt - 202lbs

Current Lifts
Squat - 325lbs
DL - 405lbs
Bench - 265lbs
OHP - 175lbs

Training Max
Squat - 285lbs
DL - 365lbs
Bench - 240lbs
OHP - 160lbs

I ran 5/3/1 for six months and saw great results, dipped into other programs for three months and decided to go back. First time I ran it I only deloaded once. Going to be smarter this time around.

Never really tracked my macros or counted calories before, but been doing it the past month and I enjoy it so might change it up depending how I feel!

Decided to buy the Adidas Adipowers so hopefully they show up soon! Squats tomorrow!

Idk exact measurements but I make sure it's below parallel.
